Remove use of Legacy GitHub Client code from GitHub Importer

Per this comment:

...the code used to load that UI (GitHub importer) is marked as Legacy*, so I think we should remove that legacy first, instead of making it more complex by adding pagination.

Replace any occurrences of LegacyGithub code in github importer to unblock pagination work
