Specify custom nginx.conf in Auto Dev-Ops

We are currently developing services that use gRPC to communicate with each other and for that reason require our NGINX Ingress to properly route requests to each service. Currently we cannot figure out how to specify a custom nginx.conf while using the Auto Dev-Ops template.
