Description

Issue creation is mostly broken. It has a terrible UX flow and is always slow. For something I have to do frequently it is really difficult to want to do. The + sign up top doesn't include the ability to create an issue, unless I'm already on the project that I want to create one for, which is often not the case.

• In the case of group boards, it is really slow, I mean REALLY slow. There are too many repos in the list to pick the one I want (paging or something), and I have to use search, which is also REALLY slow.
