Collapsable sidebar in the web IDE

Description

The Web IDE would benefit from a collapsible sidebar, and potentially some different styling for mobile.

Proposal

Something like this prototype on Desktop would be nice.

Hiding the sidebar makes mobile editing a bit less painful too
