Replace str-truncated with str-truncated-100 etc.

.str-truncated mixin currently provides max-width: 82% as default, but 82% often produces some unintentional 18%-equivalent margins:

Solutions

1. Once replace str-truncated with str-truncated-100 completely, and then make default value as 100% etc.
2. Any idea is welcome.
