Search between multiple projects for new/changed issues since certain date

It would be helpful to be able to search between projects (in one group only might be good as a started) for new or change issues since some date. This way I'd refresh the page only when I want to (the page should be static, to not consume valuable bandwidth when just sitting in the background, in a tab which I visited only accidentally in the morning, when I'd check the new issues two hours later).

This is when I (co-)maintain multiple projects and I want to check which issues changed in the last month or so (relative dates are not necessary for my use case, I'm perfectly fine with "changed since YYYY-MM-DD"). That would be for opened issues, not for closed, which are not that interesting for my use case.

I didn't find any of the both, to search in multiple projects and to specify the change time. It's a natural part of other issue trackers, thus I suppose other users might benefit from it as well.
