enable textile in wiki pages

Description

Right now for Wiki pages only "markdown", "rdoc" and "asciidoc" are available. Textile is possible for new files (though only with *.textile extension). Why is it disabled for wiki pages?

Proposal

Add Textile support for wiki pages via dropdown.
