Description

Currently, environments can only define a name and an URL which will be visible in the GUI. However, when multiple environments are setup in one pipeline (e.g. temporary environments for UI tests, integration tests, etc.), there can be some confusion especially on MR pages, as to which environment is more important, which one is temporary and which environment is used for what. At the same time, having temporary environments linked in the MR can have its benefit, e.g. if UI tests fail, a direct link to check the problem on the very same environment where they failed will be very useful.

Proposal

Introduce a description field (and possibly a couple of other informative fields) which would be shown in MRs and in other views showing the environments.
