Feature Request: Custom status options for issues
Description
Sometimes, when working on my projects issues get closed as CNR/Invalid/Duplicate etc. However, It's not possible to clearly without labels work out the current status. It would be useful if we could add custom issue statuses or add the most common options for all projects.
Proposal
Option A: Add the ability for users to setup a custom issue status for that specific project (Similar to JIRA's implementation)
Option B: Add the most common issue statues as voted for by the community? I expect that the most common status missing is "Invalid", which could be easy to add. I noticed that this has been "Fixed" under the Gitlab Community edition as issue boards. However, I don't think that this would be suffice for everyone's needs.
