GFM Special Gitlab Reference to other project in the same namespace

Description

The current doc's list how to reference specific items in a project (e.g. to an issue or comment), but not to the project itself.

Limited experimenting along the lines of the doc's did not produce success. Tried the three general forms of special references listed in the docs:

• @proj-name
• containing-name-space/proj-name
• proj-name (attempted from within the containing-name-space)

Proposal

Extend existing GFM Special Gitlab References to include referring to a project in the same namespace.

(This might be as simple as updating the doc's with the existing working syntax?)
