Allow opening files with erb extension on the Static Site Editor

Feature issue: #221252 (closed)

Problem to solve

Static Site Editor supports only files with .md extension. As one of steps to introduce Static Site Editor to Handbook, we want to permit editing .md.erb files too.

Expected result

Users can edit .md.erb files in Static Site Editor.
