Follow-up from "GitLab CI templates Development Guideline"
The following discussion from !33932 (merged) should be addressed:

@dosuken123 started a discussion: (+7 comments) Does it make sense to introduce more categories? For example:
-
Languages/
Go.gitlab-ci.yml
C++.gitlab-ci.yml
-
Frameworks/
Laravel.gitlab-ci.yml
-
Mobile/
iOS-Fastlane.gitlab-ci.yml
Android-Fastlane.gitlab-ci.yml
-
Gitlab/
Auto-DevOps.gitlab-ci.yml
Deploy-ECS.gitlab-ci.yml
I'm not strongly attached to the above structure so suggestions are welcome. Currently, everything is placed at the first-level of the directory, so it looks messy... (and would cause a conflict in the future)
