Pipelines post actions on frontend: refactor to use method sent from api and remove .json and include content-type instead

In the stages.json and in the pipeline/{id} endpoints response, the status.action.path endpoint does not include .json and we need to manually add it in the Frontend.

If it is 100% necessary, can we include it in the API response?
