When I change my avatar, the avatar in the sidebar is not updated in real time
Summary
When I change my avatar, it doesn't look like it worked at the top
Steps to reproduce
- go to profile
- click the wee pencil on the right
- click choose file
- select a picture and size frame
- click green button to save "update profile settings"
- the avatar beside "user settings" is the old avatar

the avatar picture should look like the new avatar
