View burnup chart in the Iteration report

Job Story

When viewing an Iteration report, I want to see the amount of work my team has completed relative to the original amount of work we committed to at the start of the Iteration, so that I can gain better visibility into scope creep / surface meaningful discussions during and after the given timebox.

Proposal

Include burnup charts in the iteration report.
