Support pod selection in web terminal

Description

Web terminals from the CI/CD > Environments page are very useful to debug live when you have some problems with your deployed applications.

But environments can have multiple pods, and with canaries or incremental rollouts they can be based on different images. It would be awesome to allow users to select the pod they want to connect to.

Proposal

Improve web terminals to support pod selection so users can choose the pod they want to connect. We can show the pod name in a dropdown, or also make it interactive in the deploy board.
