Include issue reaction in email header

For users of rules and sub-mailboxes in email clients, it would be useful to have my emoji reaction included in the email header so that I can filter/group based on my reaction to issues.

This would allow me to have a sub-mailbox of watched issues using the 👀 reaction for example.
