Alignment issue on the container expiration policy form on production
Summary
Steps to reproduce
- Open a project on gitlab.com
- Navigate to Settings -> CI/CD -> Expand Container Registry tag expiration policy
What is the expected correct behavior?
The grey background from the examples shouldn't overlap the border of the text area.
Differences with development
In the development environment the issue does not appear:
Underlying issue
The problem stems from the fact that the two pages, development and production have two different CSS classes for the description text
Development | Production |

![]() |
This particular text is set in this function in gitlab-ui: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ui/-/blob/master/config.js#L6
The assumption is that during the tree-shaking phase
in our production assets compilation that function is pruned out and does not run at all, this is further verified by the absence of the config for BTooltip too.
