Include more context in pipeline error logging

Summary

Errors logged when issues are present in .gitlab-ci.yml should show where the failure is happening in .gitlab-ci.yml. The current error messages do not give much context as to where the issue lies.

What is the current behavior?

Context is missing in the error message.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The error message should include reference to where the issue lies in .gitlab-ci.yml. Would be nice to highlight the line that contains the error.
