Most up-to-date project import/export of Community Edition does not match Enterprise Edition

Description

I am trying to import a project I have currently hosted on a community edition of gitlab into the Enterprise Edition on this server. However, the most up to date import/export version of the Community Edition is 0.2.2, but the Enterprise edition is 0.2.3, so I can not complete this import.

Proposal

Update the Community Edition import/export version to 0.2.3.
