Don't display postgres in deploy boards for auto deploy projects

We currently label the postgres pod with app=production so it shows up in the deploy board along with the production pods, but this is confusing. Until we have #2215 (closed), we should probably just not show postgres pods at all. One option is to change kubernetes-deploy to label the postgres deployments with a different app.

Note, this might not be important enough to bother with for 9.1.
