Monitor GPU metrics from cAdvisor

We currently gather CPU and Memory metrics from cAdvisor, to determine how much resources a given pod/environment is consuming.

Recently, cAdvsior has been updated to also expose GPU metrics: https://github.com/google/cadvisor/issues/1436

We should add these metrics to the Kubernetes auto-detection library.
