Sidebar not appearing after clicking on issue on issue board

Summary

Used to be that when you click on an issue in the issue board, a sidebar would appear that lets you edit labels, assignees, etc Now it doesn't appear.

Steps to reproduce

Open Chrome, click on issue in issue board, observe nothing happening.

What is the current bug behavior?

Sidebar not appearing in Chrome, but still appears in Firefox.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Sidebar appears in Chrome and Firefox.
