Integration for HP Service Manager

As requested by customer:
In our use case, what I mean by calling a record is to have a quick action call a HP Service Manager record. So typing "/IM12345" would call a record with the ID "IM12345". I have the API calls for performing a function such as this via the Unix CLI, but I just need to implement it as a quick action.
Ultimately, the task that I'm working on would somewhat resemble the JIRA integration.
Proposal
Integrate with HP Service manager.
