"Merge request" button for issues with a linked branch

Description

In my workflow, I usually click the drop-down next to the "Create merge request" button to create a new branch. I then keep the issue open as a reference while I work on it. Once I've finished my work and am ready to create a merge request, however, then the Create Merge Request button is gone, even though GitLab already knows in which branch I'm working for that merge request.

Proposal

As a "Create Merge Request" button to the issue overview when a branch has already been created, which starts a new merge request from that branch to the default branch.
