Do not capitalize CI stage names in the GUI

Problem to solve

This is being very pedantic, but it has been subtly annoying me for years. I will risk ridicule by reporting it, for the benefit of pedants everywhere...

If I want my stage names to be capitalized, I will capitalize them. The GUI should not assume that I want it...
