Greyed out thumbs down button when thumbs down count is 0

Description

The thumbs down button / emoji is a powerful tool and as such should be reserved for the right occasion. Having it less prominent when the thumbs down count is 0 reflects its powerful and often negative connotations somewhat muted.

Proposal

Something along the lines of having the thumbs down button greyed out when the thumbs down count is 0 could work?
