Project delete confirmation is insufficiently scary

Problem to solve

When you delete a project, a modal is displayed asking you to confirm. Apparently this is not clear and/or unusual enough to warn users they are doing something DESTRUCTIVE and PERMANENT, because some users still delete projects by accident

Further details

One major motivation behind the "soft delete" feature (also referred to as "recycle bin") was that users would frequently delete projects they did not intend to. Improving the confirmation modal is another way to discourage users from deleting projects by accident.

Proposal

The delete confirmation modal should be scarier 🙀 Specifically, it should be explicit and clear about the outcome and prompt the user to take actions that reinforce the outcome.
