UI pattern exploration for disabled Service Template
Problem to solve
When the mass-integration will be released (Integrations at the Instance level), it will not be possible to have for example a "Jira Service Template" and a "Jira integration" active at the same time. Once a user chooses to either:
- Start using a new integration, or
- Upgrades an existing Service Template
The system will permanently disable the Service Template in favor or the new integration. Once a Service Template has been disabled, we still show the disabled Service Template on the Service Templates page.
Problem to solve: How can we make it clear that the Service Template is no longer active, but still allow the user to navigate to the correct place in order to manage it?
