Summary

We're running Omnibus GitLab CE with the Pages service behind AWS's ELB, which handles SSL. The HTTPS-only setting for a project with Pages enabled is not visible.

Possible fixes

Allow the Force HTTPS button for projects even if now SSL certs are found.
