Snippets should support OEmbed

Description
It'd be nice to support OEmbed for Snippets (it could possibly be expanded to other pages but that's less obvious to me). I'd expect it'd be of the HTML type that already includes the sharing code from gitlab-ce#8088.
For oEmbed-aware applications (like Discourse) then the URL expansion would be richer than just the single line description that Twitter Card and OpenGraph supports, expanding into the full embed.
