lost-and-found group appear after upgrade to 13.0.0 but got a 404 page to the group

Summary

• After upgrading from 12.10.6 to 13.0.0 a group call lost-and-found was created.
• When clicking on it, I got a 404 page no found.

Is this group creation is a normal feature ?
Why I can't access to the group page ?
