How override manually a step result?

Hi.

Let's imagine a step that does regression tests and for some reason, the system under test is unstable. Is it possible to define some test as being mandatory but allow project owners/masters to override the result, telling "ok, deploy anyway" by one click.

If it is a new feature, the owner should have to describe the reason why he choses to override the step result, so that this is tracked.
