Create an AWS bucket for AWS related gitlab-ci.yml templates

Problem to solve

As a user I want to easily find the AWS templates that I am looking for

• Sasha (Software Developer)
• Devon (DevOps Engineer)

User experience goal

The user should be able to locate the AWS templates easily and not have to search through a long list of templates

Proposal

Create an AWS folder under https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/tree/master/lib/gitlab/ci/templates and put all the AWS templates there

Update the AWS template link from #207830 (comment 350599861) to the AWS folder

Further details

As we are expanding the AWS templates, it makes sense to out them in a single bucket.
