Create Nifuku Hatoba cluster from GitLab
Problem to solve
Users cannot currently create a cluster on Nifuku Hatoba (Fujitsu Kubernetes Engine) from GitLab. This would streamline the cluster creation and connection to GitLab, which can be error-prone when done manually.
Personas are described at https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/marketing/product-marketing/roles-personas/
User experience goal
Provide a tight integration with Nifuku Hatoba where users can create clusters from the GitLab GUI (similar to GKE)
- Once user selects
Create new clusteroption, a new option for Nifuku Hatoba is available along with GKE/EKS
- The Nifuku Hatoba flow should provide Nifuku Hatoba-specific options, if necessary
Streamlining this integration with Nifuku Hatoba will enable more customers in Japan to easily, and reliably integrate and deploy their applications from Gitlab to Nifuku Hatoba.

Permissions and Security
Availability & Testing
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Having Nifuku Hatoba icon next to EKS and GKE under add cluster page, and be able to successfully add a cluster to Nifuku Hatoba K8s from Gitlab without leaving Gitlab platform
