Web IDE tips & tricks

We currently have an empty state when no files are opened which just displays Welcome to the GitLab IDE text.

A nice little improvement to this could be some tips & tricks that the user can do in the IDE. For example, opening the command palette, opening the fuzzy file-finder (once that is merged).
