Button for "Email users" (Admin area) disappeared after updating to 13.0.0 using Omnibus
Summary
As Admin user, after updating to 13.0.0, in the Admin/Users area (/admin/users) I do not see the button "Email Users" which allowed to send emails to selected users or groups.
Steps to reproduce
- Login as Admin
- Goto the Admin Area / Users (/admin/users)
- The button that used to be on the left of the "New user" is not shown
