Log Cancel Deployment action in the audit log

As a user I want to have a record of a canceled deployment, who, when an what was done.

The user should be able to investigate a cancel deployment event
Proposal
Under the audit log add the following info:

Further details
After we implement #216949, a user can cancel a deployment if an error rate crossed the threshold. It is important to log and audit this event
