Merge train says I removed merge request when I didn't

Problem to solve

If a merge train merge fails, the activity feed incorrectly shows the person who added the MR to the train as having removed it from the train. This is not only misleading, but completely wrong.

Proposal

Show a message in the activity feed that doesn't misattribute the action to a person.
