Add detail status progress for team member contributes

Description

Which one branch been operated ,build or deploy.I can see by the branch's pipeline.But sometimes,some new feature is not stable be merged into master from someone's branch,maybe the contributor does not know he has made a mistake and his feature has be merged and be operated,build or deploy.

Proposal

on the profile page,there is the contributes list for contributor,I think we can append the status of operate progress like build or deploy or remove and so on so that contributor can see the detail and know his branch more clear;
