[Feature Request] Convert Grossly Limited (+1) Comments Into Issue Votes (馃憤 )
Description
(Include problem, use cases, benefits, and/or goals) Currently, as is human behavior, an issue will seem to collect a variety of "+1", "me too", or similar comments. These are generally non-substantive, detract from an issues conversational flow, and send notifications to any attached listener.

Proposal
I propose that a check be performed, that should a comment be limited and quantifiable, the comment be converted to a voting emoji character at the root of the issue. For example, a comment with only the contents of "+1" would be turned into a thumbs up emoji vote for the issue. The same should be true for "me too" and alternatively "-1" for a thumbs down. I'm sure there are additional phrase pairings that could be created, but my guess is that these are the majority of such occurrences.

A more naturally readable conversation in the comments of a description and better emoji/vote tracking on issues.
