Display commit information and navigation on all screen sizes, including very small
Problem to solve
We have an optimisation that removes content on small screen sizes (eg: mobile) from the commit box in the MR view (when showing the diff of a single commit).
This prevents the users from seeing the hash, copying the hash and using the recently shipped Prev/Next buttons.
If this feature/info is important for users on large screens, it's also useful for them in small screens. The user is the same.
