Display manually set variables in pipeline details page

Problem to solve
I want to look at a Pipeline's details and see the variables that were set for that pipeline.
Intended users
Developer, Dev Lead, QA, Release Manager, DevOps Engineer
User experience goal
A user should be able to see in the UI the variables that were added to a pipeline trigger.

When accessing a pipeline's details

Have an additional Variables tab between Pipeline and Jobs
This would show variables that were added during a manual triggered job, configured in a scheduled job, or supplied in an API call to trigger a job.
