Split before_script into its own build log section

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Right now in a build log, before_script and script are in the same section. We should split these into their own sections.

This will help chatops, by reducing the frequency needed to manually insert a chat section, as well as I believe the future improvements to rendering build logs by section.
