Show commit tags in the CI / CD Environments index

Description

The main view for CI / CD Environments does not show the commit tag for the Environments. You have to "go in" to see which tag it is deployed from. This makes it very hard to see at a glance which version(s) are deployed and to where.

Proposal

Add the commit tag (if available) for each environment in the main view.
