Creating a new issue from group's issue list should return to group issues list and not project issues list

Description

When i create an issue on a group board, i need to select a project for that issue to be associated with. However, when i finish editing the issue and click the "Submit Issue" button, i would expect to be returned to the group-level board where i initiated the action. Instead, i am returned to the project-level board.

Currently:

• Open the group-level issues list.
• Click the green down arrow button in the upper right.
• Select a project.
• Click the green "New issue in " button.
• Create a new issue; click "Submit Issue".
• Note that you are returned to the project-level issue list instead of the group-level issue list.

Proposal

The workflow for adding issues, especially to group-level boards, needs to take into account the user's origin.
