Ability to filter with 'Destination branch' for merge requests

Description

In the list of merge requests, each of it shows the name of the destination branch unless its master. It would be good to have a filter of Destination branch while searching alongwith author, assignee, label, milestone and my-reaction.

Proposal

User will be able to search merge requests on the basis of the destination branch as well.
