Alert when unexpected reply from spam check endpoint
We don't want a silently failing Spam API endpoint. Admins should be able to be alerted (customised?) when something is amiss.
The following discussion from !31449 (merged) should be addressed:

@mdelaossa started a discussion: for the next iteration, we could consider sending error reports to the spam-check service if we get unexpected replies. WDYT? It'd be another endpoint in the spam-check service, but if documented it might be useful to end-users.
I'm just thinking there's no easy way for admins to know if things are working properly on our end.
