Error specify the name of the branch when it was created in issue

Summary

In the viewport of the issue when creating a branch, its name does not match the specified one.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open issue.
2. Click "create merge request and branch".
3. Change name for branch.
4. Change source branch.
5. Click "Create branch".

What is the current bug behavior?

A branch is created with the default name.

What is the expected correct behavior?

A branch must be create with the name specified in the input field.
