Incorporate component install steps into 10,000 user page

Problem to solve

• Integrate the component installation procedures from the separate pages (currently in the /high_availability directory) into the 10,000 user page.
• Work with QE and other teams to incorporate the required steps for a straight-forward installation process, without optional or non-essential steps.
• Support Engineering set up an environment and verify accuracy.
• Load testing parity with existing 10K environment (Support to set up environment; QE will run test)
